Hall sensor is divided into linear Hall sensor and switch  Hall sensor . (A) Switch Hall sensor is composed with the voltage regulator, Hall element, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger and output stage. It outputs digital. There is a special form of Switch Hall sensor, called the lock-type Hall sensor. (B)  Linear Hall sensor  is composed with Hall element, linear amplifier and emitter follower composition.
